Welcome to SynquUp

Welcome to SynquUp, free healthcare navigation and education

You don’t have to figure out healthcare alone.

Maybe you just left the hospital with a stack of papers. Maybe you’re caring for a parent and juggling five doctors. Maybe a new diagnosis has you up at night searching for answers. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. Welcome to SynquUp.

Why I built SynquUp

I lost both of my parents to serious illness. I’ve spent more than 30 years in healthcare, as a paramedic, in emergency rooms, and in cancer care. Even with all that experience, I saw how hard it was for my own family to keep track of everything. The appointments. The medications. The phone calls. The “what happens next?”

If it was that hard for us, I knew it was harder for so many others. Good people fall through the cracks every day. Not because they don’t care, but because no one handed them a map.

SynquUp is that map.

What SynquUp is, and isn’t

SynquUp teaches and helps you get organized. We don’t diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. Our goal is simple: help you walk into every appointment more confident, and walk out knowing your next step.

Be Proactive. Not Reactive.

You don’t have to do everything today. Instead, pick one small step. First, write down your medications. Next, save an emergency contact. Then bring one question to your next visit. Small steps add up.

Welcome to SynquUp: you belong here

Whether you’re a patient, a caregiver, a veteran, part of the LGBTQ+ community, a healthcare worker, or just someone trying to make sense of it all, welcome. Ask a question in the comments, share a tip, or cheer someone on. We’re in this together.

Thank you for being here. Let’s take the next step together.
