Hi, I’m Chuck, the founder of SynquUp. I spent more than 30 years working across emergency medical response, oncology and hematology operations, care coordination, community health, and healthcare leadership. I built SynquUp because I watched people struggle to find real answers: what a diagnosis actually means, where to get help, and how to pay for medication without anyone standing between you and a straight answer.
The goal is to make SynquUp a place to understand a health condition in plain language, find local care and support near you, look for ways to lower medication costs, and see whether you or someone you’re helping might qualify for a clinical trial.
You’ll also find help making sense of insurance and healthcare coverage, planning ahead if you’re aging alone or caring for someone who is, and the patient education you need to advocate for your own care. Start with whatever you need today. Welcome to SynquUp.

Each Tip explains why it was selected, who it may help, what to verify, and whether any paid relationship exists.

Only a study team can determine eligibility. SynquUp does not recommend a study or promise that participation will help.
Research can feel overwhelming. We will help you turn an official listing into questions about visits, travel, costs, risks, privacy, and what participation would mean in everyday life.
Check the official record’s recruiting status, locations, contacts, eligibility criteria, study purpose, interventions, and update date. Then ask the study team which research costs it pays and which routine-care costs may be billed to insurance or you.
Search official study recordsPossible starting points only. Study information and recruiting status can change. The study team determines eligibility, explains risks and possible benefits, and answers questions about costs, compensation, travel, privacy, and participation.
