Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law (SB 370). It adds to our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

SynquUp, LLC (“SynquUp,” “we,” “us”) runs synquup.com. Contact: chuck@synquup.com, (442) 420-6052, or by mail at SynquUp, LLC, 27765 Landau Blvd, Suite 104 #137, Cathedral City, CA 92234.

What consumer health data we collect

We design the site to collect almost none.

  • Care Navigator choices stay in your browser session. We do not receive or save them.
  • A street address you type into the Care Navigator is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoder only to find nearby services.
  • Security logs may record your IP address and the page address you visit, which can reveal a health topic page. We keep these logs generally up to 90 days, for security only.
  • Comments you choose to post are public. Please don’t share health details in them.
  • Emails you send us, including anything you choose to write about your health.

Why we use it

To provide the site, keep it secure, and respond to you.

Where it comes from

From you and from your browser.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site: our web host, our security provider, and our email delivery provider. We never sell consumer health data, and we never share it for advertising. We do not use ad pixels.

Your rights

  • Confirm and access: ask whether we have your consumer health data and get a copy.
  • Delete: ask us to delete it.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you gave us.
  • Appeal: if we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response email.

If we deny your appeal, Washington residents may contact the Washington Attorney General, and Nevada residents may contact the Nevada Attorney General.

How to make a request

Email chuck@synquup.com. We respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

No discrimination

We will not treat you differently or deny you service for using these rights.
