SynquUp hosts a marketplace of independent, third-party vendors selling general retail and merchandise products. This disclosure explains how the Marketplace works and how it’s different from the rest of SynquUp.
Products are sold by independent vendors, not SynquUp
When you buy something in the SynquUp Marketplace, you’re buying from that vendor, not from SynquUp. SynquUp operates the platform and processes the transaction, but does not manufacture, own, inspect, or ship marketplace products.
SynquUp earns a commission
SynquUp earns a commission on completed marketplace sales. This is a standard marketplace arrangement — the same model used by most online marketplaces — and applies only to the retail marketplace, never to healthcare resources, provider referrals, or anything in the Care Navigator.
This is separate from SynquUp’s healthcare navigation
The Marketplace is retail and merchandise only. It does not include healthcare products, medical equipment, caregiving services, or anything requiring a healthcare license. Nothing in the Marketplace affects, and is not connected to, the Care Navigator, Health Hubs, or resource directory — those remain independent and commission-free, governed separately by our Resource & Provider Directory Disclaimer and Editorial & Sponsorship Independence Policy.
Vendor products aren’t vetted or endorsed by SynquUp
SynquUp doesn’t review or guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of vendor listings beyond baseline marketplace requirements. Questions about a specific product, order, shipping, or return should go to the vendor directly through the order/messaging system, unless the vendor doesn’t respond — see our Marketplace Vendor Terms for how disputes are handled.
