This disclosure explains how the SynquUp Marketplace at synquup.com/care/marketplace.html works and how it is different from the rest of SynquUp. SynquUp is operated by SynquUp, LLC (“SynquUp,” “we,” “us”).
The Marketplace links you to the seller’s own website
The Marketplace is a list of links. SynquUp does not sell products through the Marketplace, process payments for other sellers, or host checkout for other sellers. There are no vendor accounts, and SynquUp does not process commissions on Marketplace sales.
When you choose an item, you go to the seller’s own website to buy it or download it. Today, Marketplace items link to Chuck Kinney’s store at ChuckKinney.com, which offers books, binders, and free planning kits.
The seller’s own terms apply
Your purchase is between you and the seller. The seller’s own terms, pricing, shipping, returns, and privacy policy apply. Please review them on the seller’s website before you buy. Questions about an order, shipping, or a return should go to the seller.
Independent sellers and compensation
SynquUp may list independent sellers in the future, but only after a review. SynquUp may receive compensation from some links. Any such link will be labeled where it appears.
No one can pay to change the order of search results or other neutral listings on SynquUp.
This is separate from SynquUp’s healthcare navigation
The Marketplace does not affect, and is not connected to, the Care Navigator, Health Hubs, or resource directory — those remain independent and are governed separately by our Resource & Provider Directory Disclaimer and Editorial & Sponsorship Independence Policy.
