Practical tools with the seller relationship made clear
Browse SynquUp books and planning tools now. Independent-vendor listings will appear only after identity, disclosure, product-information, and marketplace reviews are in place.
A note from Chuck: I want you to know who benefits from a purchase before you decide. Each listing will identify the seller, our relationship, and where to confirm price, delivery, and returns.

Both books in paperback, with digital downloads. Because understanding the rules changes everything.
Current relationship disclosure: The products above are created or authored by Chuck Kinney and sold through his store. Because the relationship is direct, it is shown on every card. Prices, fulfillment, returns, taxes, and final product details are controlled by the destination store.

Standards before a product can appear
This is the proposed review gate for future vendors. Acceptance will never mean that SynquUp medically recommends a product.
01
Seller identity
Verify the business, seller contact, product owner, fulfillment party, and customer-service route.
02
Clear relationships
Label paid placement, sponsorship, free products, affiliate commissions, and other material connections close to the listing.
03
Product evidence
Reject unsubstantiated express or implied health claims. Require claim-specific support and qualified review where needed.
04
Buyer information
Show price, seller, material details, delivery, returns, recurring charges, and important limitations before purchase.
05
Safety and accessibility
Screen prohibited products, unsafe instructions, accessibility barriers, and misleading urgency or scarcity claims.
06
Ongoing monitoring
Provide reporting, correction, suspension, and removal processes when information changes or a seller fails the standards.
Health-product boundary
A disclaimer cannot repair a deceptive claim. A product sold as a dietary supplement cannot claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a specific disease. SynquUp will require legal and subject-matter review before accepting health-product advertising or claims.
Marketplace status
Independent-vendor applications and transactions are not active in this prototype. The seller, claims, relationship, transaction, complaint, suspension, and removal baseline is selected; rates, agreements, taxes, licenses, and legal approval remain blocked before onboarding.
