Policy center
These selected prototype policies establish the minimum Marketplace, vendor, partner, sponsor, and claims boundaries for continued private development.
A note from Chuck: People should know who is selling, who is paying, and what remains independent before they click or buy.

Approval status
These policies resolve the product-direction decision for Phase 1. Seller agreements, commission rates, tax responsibilities, licenses, state restrictions, consumer terms, privacy terms, and partner contracts remain blocked until qualified legal, financial, security, accessibility, and operational review is documented.
