Corrections and concerns

Help us correct information safely

Report an inaccurate source, broken route, expired program, accessibility barrier, privacy concern, safety issue, or commercial-disclosure concern. Use the email link to report a public-content issue. Do not include private health information.

A note from Chuck: Please tell us what needs attention without including anyone’s private health information. A clear page link and a short description are usually enough to begin.

Describe the page—not a person

SynquUp does not provide a public free-text form. This prevents the website from collecting diagnoses, medications, identifiers, records, or other private health information.

Send only these details:
  • The public page name or neutral page address
  • The exact sentence, link, or control that needs attention
  • One category: safety, accuracy, broken link, accessibility, privacy, or commercial disclosure
  • An official source link, if available

Do not include a name, contact information, date of birth, diagnosis, medication, insurance or account number, medical record, portal message, screenshot, or information about another person.

Review and response

How corrections are reviewed

Corrections are reviewed by SynquUp. Corrections to medical content are checked against the sources cited on the page and other current, authoritative sources. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but we cannot promise a specific response time or outcome.

When we make a correction: we update the page and check other pages that repeat the same content. This route is not for emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency, or call or text 988 in a mental-health or suicide crisis. Please do not send personal health details.
